Curious how you maintain the butt volume.
Could you give us a few pointers to what is used to maintain it?

I have a couple spheres used as influence objects - there's also some corrective blendshapes

Is rigging and animation easier to do in Maya than in 3DS Max?

What makes you say that.  Is the interface easier in Max than in Maya or are they both about the same but Max is more comfortable for you.  The reason I ask is because your animations are amazing but it looks like you are using Maya more than Max.

I just said I don't think so, I don't think it matters what software you use.
